- violations of principles regarding behaviour in the workplace and human rights (e.g. discrimination, bullying, unequal treatment, harassment, disrespectful behaviour, breaches of working time regulations)
- corporate violations (e.g. fraud, corruption, cartel infringements, embezzlement, breach of trust, theft, disclosure of trade secrets)
- data protection violations (e.g. unlawful disclosure of personal data, misuse of data, inadequate access controls for particularly sensitive data)
Submitting a report can help to protect those affected or the HSV from damage at an early stage, defend shared values and fully clarify the facts of a case. All reports received are examined carefully and confidentially in accordance with the legal provisions on whistleblower protection (HinSchG), so that whistleblowers need not fear any consequences. If a report is made completely anonymously, no action will be taken to identify the person making the report.
