Whistleblowing system | HSV Fußball AG & Co. KGaA (intern)
As HSV, we stand for team spirit, respect and a culture of mutual appreciation – both on and off the pitch. We create spaces where people from all different backgrounds can come together and experience a sense of community. The Volksparkstadion is not just a sports venue, but a place where people meet and connect with one another.

Each of these individuals has personal boundaries that must be respected and protected. This is another reason why we continually emphasise the importance of diversity and inclusion. We want to offer you a working environment in which you feel safe and comfortable, regardless of your role. If you witness or experience misconduct in the workplace, you can report it via the digital whistleblowing system – completely anonymously if you wish. Examples of such behaviour might include the following:
  • violations of principles regarding behaviour in the workplace and human rights (e.g. discrimination, bullying, unequal treatment, harassment, disrespectful behaviour, breaches of working time regulations)
  • corporate violations (e.g. fraud, corruption, cartel infringements, embezzlement, breach of trust, theft, disclosure of trade secrets)
  • data protection violations (e.g. unlawful disclosure of personal data, misuse of data, inadequate access controls for particularly sensitive data)
Submitting a report can help to protect those affected or the HSV from damage at an early stage, defend shared values and fully clarify the facts of a case. All reports received are examined carefully and confidentially in accordance with the legal provisions on whistleblower protection (HinSchG), so that whistleblowers need not fear any consequences. If a report is made completely anonymously, no action will be taken to identify the person making the report.

In addition to this opportunity to report misconduct, you can also use the following channels:
  • supervisor
  • compliance office (email:...)
  • workers' council (email: betriebsrat@hsv.de)
  • external lawyer Malte Passarge (email: passarge@pro-honore.de | phone: 040/4152 5172)
Thank you for your trust and for having the courage to stand up for our shared values!
